We are working hard to put together a product that fits startups, and is dead simple and convenient. We know many of you have decisions to make, and need information now or you wouldn't be here. Don't worry, we have put together a process that will get you the information you need if you are willing to answer a few questions and upload an excel file. In return we'll be handling each report personally. 


Eventually you'll get a nice convenient online interface. For now you get to interact with the founders directly :)

Here is how it works. 

1.  You provide your email address at checkout.
   
2. We'll email an excel template with some basic questions, and a place to fill in your shareholders and there holding. (If you'd like to keep your cap table private, simply enter pseudonyms, like sharheolder 1, 2, and 3 or Alvin, Simon, and Theadore, etc... )
3. You'll email the completed template back to us and receive the results by email in the form of PDF Graphs and a CSV file with all the data.
